1. Digital Printing

Recommended for: Complex designs, small runs, and rapid sampling.

  • Unlimited Colors: Reproduces photographic detail, gradients, and intricate artwork perfectly.
  • High Performance: Achieves Grade 4-5 color fastness.
  • Fast Turnaround: Samples in 3-5 days; production in 7-10 days.
  • Sustainable Process: Uses significantly less water and fewer chemicals than traditional methods.

2. Disperse Printing (Rotary)

Recommended for: High-volume production where cost efficiency is the priority.
  • Cost Efficiency: Significantly lower per-meter cost for large volumes.
  • Volume Ready: Minimum order of 5,000 meters per design.
  • Durable Color: Disperse dyes chemically bond with fibers for lasting vibrancy.
  • Color Range: Supports up to 12 colors per design.
  • Standard Performance: Reliable Grade 3-4 color fastness.
  • Lead Times: Samples in 7-10 days; production in 15-20 days.

Technical Requirements

To ensure the highest quality results, please provide design files in TIFF, PSD, or AI formats:
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI.
  • Color Profile: sRGB or Adobe RGB.
  • Design: Specify repeat dimensions for tiled patterns.
