Do you provide quality inspection reports?

Every shipment includes detailed quality control documentation, and we can accommodate additional testing or third-party inspection based on your requirements.

Our standard QC reports cover physical properties including fabric weight in GSM, width measurement, thickness, and warp/weft density. Performance testing includes tensile strength in both directions, tear strength, pilling resistance, and abrasion resistance—the metrics that predict how well the fabric will hold up in use.

Color testing covers fastness to washing, light, and rubbing (both dry and wet), plus verification that the production matches your approved color standard. For fabrics with functional treatments, we test and report on water repellency, oil repellency, flame retardancy ratings, or blackout percentage as applicable.

We test according to ISO, AATCC, and GB standards depending on your market requirements, and we're happy to accommodate customer-specified testing protocols if you have particular standards your products must meet. All test methods are documented in the reports for your records.

Our inspection process runs throughout production rather than just at the end. In-line inspection catches issues early, and final inspection before packing ensures nothing ships that doesn't meet specifications. We follow AQL 2.5 as our standard acceptance level, though we can adjust to your specified AQL if needed. For critical orders, 100% inspection is available.

If you prefer third-party verification, we work regularly with SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas, and we welcome customer-nominated inspectors. We coordinate pre-shipment inspection scheduling and provide access to our facility. Third-party inspection costs are typically the buyer's responsibility, though we can discuss shared arrangements.

Documentation with each shipment includes the QC inspection report, test certificates, photos from inspection, and a detailed packing list with individual roll information.
