Can you match specific Pantone colors?

Precise color matching is essential for brand consistency, and we've invested heavily in the equipment and expertise to get it right.
The process starts when you submit your reference—either a Pantone TPX or TCX code, a physical swatch sample, or a digital color file with an embedded color profile. From there, our lab produces three to five color variations within three to five working days, evaluating each under a D65 standard light source. You select the best match, and that approved sample becomes the production standard we retain for reference throughout your order.
Our accuracy target is a Delta E color difference of less than 1.0 for most colors, which represents a visual match that's difficult for the human eye to distinguish from the reference. We maintain this consistency across production batches through computer-controlled dyeing recipes and spectrophotometer verification, with batch-to-batch monitoring throughout your order. Each shipment includes shade cards so you can verify the color matches your approved standard.
Some colors present more challenges than others. Bright reds and deep blacks are notoriously difficult to match precisely, and we'll discuss realistic expectations upfront if you're working with these shades. We also offer metamerism testing to evaluate how colors appear under different light sources—important if your end products will be displayed in varied lighting conditions. Fluorescent colors require special dyes and processes, so let us know early if your project involves these.
Lab dip samples carry a nominal fee that's credited against your order, and the color matching service itself is included in our standard dyeing price. Rush lab dips are available with a surcharge if you're working against a tight timeline.
For the best results, provide physical swatches whenever possible since they're more reliable than digital references. Specify which light source you'll use for evaluation, and keep in mind that textured fabrics may show slight color variation across the surface—that's a characteristic of the material rather than a matching issue.
