Exclusive designs give you a competitive advantage by ensuring your fabric patterns aren't available to competitors. We offer several exclusivity structures depending on your volume commitment and market needs.

Full exclusivity means the design won't be sold to any other customer worldwide—it's yours alone. This provides the strongest brand protection and intellectual property security, but requires an annual commitment of at least 50,000 meters to justify reserving the design exclusively for one buyer.

Regional exclusivity offers a middle ground. The design remains exclusive within your market or geographic region, but we can sell it to buyers in non-competing markets. This structure works well for brands with strong regional presence but more modest volume requirements, with a threshold of 20,000 meters annually.

Time-limited exclusivity suits seasonal collections or trend-driven products. You get exclusive rights for twelve to twenty-four months, after which the design enters our general collection. The commitment threshold is lower at 10,000 meters, making this accessible for testing new directions without a major long-term obligation.

All exclusivity arrangements include design development consultation, multiple sample iterations until you're satisfied, color variations, complete technical specifications, and a quality consistency guarantee throughout production. We formalize the arrangement with a written exclusivity agreement, maintain strict confidentiality, and can support design registration if you want additional legal protection.

The development process typically runs two to three weeks from initial consultation through sample approval, then another two to three weeks from approval to bulk production.
