What is your production capacity?

Our facility in Wuhe County, Anhui Province spans over 31,000 square meters and represents one of the most advanced home textile production operations in the region.

The heart of our operation is weaving, where over 600 waterjet looms run continuously. This gives us daily production capacity exceeding 200,000 meters, monthly output of more than 6 million meters, and annual production capacity of over 73 million meters. This scale means we can reliably supply large orders while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate smaller runs and urgent requests.

Beyond weaving, we have integrated processing capabilities on-site. Our dyeing department operates high-temperature dyeing equipment for polyester. Printing includes both digital printing machines for complex designs and small runs, and rotary screen printing for cost-effective volume production. Finishing capabilities cover embossing, coating, and stain-resistant treatments. An in-house testing laboratory supports quality control throughout the production process.

Our workforce of over 180 skilled employees includes an experienced management team, a dedicated R&D department for product development and technical problem-solving, and a multilingual sales team to support international customers.

We hold GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification for our regenerated polyester products and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification across our finished textile range.
